Evolution’s Prague studio is based in a standalone facility within the Kajot Intacto land-based casino. It will initially offer roulette and infinite blackjack tables. Native Czech-speaking dealers will staff these tables.

The company will add more live casino tables. This includes blackjack, roulette, poker, and baccarat in the coming weeks.
These classic casino games will complement Evolution’s online slots portfolio, which is already live in the Czech market.
CEO of Evolution Europe, Gionata La Torre said that leading the way in a new regulated markets is central to Evolution’s growth strategy.
La Torre added that the launch of the Prague studio presents a significant opportunity for Czech operators. He also noted that the regulator’s approval of their infinite blackjack and roulette further enhances this potential.
He also mentioned that offering these games with native Czech-speaking dealers will create a more immersive and engaging experience for players. This approach fosters a strong rapport between dealers and players, which is essential for building trust and long-term customer loyalty.
The opening of the Prague studio comes against the backdrop of ongoing challenges at Evolution’s studio in Tbilisi, Georgia, where a strike has disrupted operations.
The strike has reached a stalemate. As the company wrestles with significant operational disruptions, it led to the reduction of 1,000 jobs in Georgia.
According to Evolution’s head of investor relations, Carl Linton, the staff reduction was a necessary response. The company describes this action as a reaction to an illegal blockade by the trade union leading the strike.
He stated that the decision to reduce their presence in Georgia was strictly commercial. He emphasized that it resulted from union actions and was not a response to the strike in any way.
Linton replied when asked by NEXT.io if the new studio in Prague would also cater to businesses recently served from Georgia that their primary objective is supporting the CZ market, however, they can add tables to serve other markets as well.
