Beter has launched its flagship ESportsBattle tournaments with bet365. It has also introduced the Setka Cup table tennis series after securing regulatory approval in Colorado.

The Vendor Minor License from the Colorado Division of Gaming allows the company to deliver its live data to licensed operators in the state. It also lets them provide live streams to these operators.
The launch with long-standing partner bet365 features eFootball and eBasketball as the first disciplines. This marks the first time US players can experience ESportsBattle tournaments.
Beter received Vendor Registration from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement in April. Colorado is now the second US state where the company has regulatory approval to offer its products.
Gal Ehrlich, CEO of Beter, said this is another milestone as the company expands across the United States, where demand for their next-gen products is huge. The US is one of the world’s most tightly regulated markets, making Colorado approval a testament to their legal team’s dedication. It also highlights the outstanding quality of their products, especially in integrity and adherence to fair play rules.
Ehrlich added that launching in Colorado with bet365, a trusted partner and leading US brand, is a true honor. This makes Colorado players the first in the country to access ESportsBattle tournaments.
Valeriia Tarchynska, chief legal officer of Beter, added that it is an important step for Beter, and it aligns with their wider strategy of securing approvals and launching their exclusive products for bettors across all key regulated US states.
She also said that as always, she would like to thank their trusted partner, the law firm Blank Rome, for supporting their licensing efforts in Colorado and for their continued work with them as they actively pursue licenses in other US jurisdictions, including such states as North Carolina, Arizona, Indiana, and others.
