IBIA or the International Betting Integrity Association has had Soft2Bet become its newest member. This is after it activated its membership in Ontario.
The organization has confirmed something. The gaming platform provider finalized its licensing in the Canadian province. This happened before expanding implementation to the brands it operates globally.
Khalid Ali, the IBIA CEO, commented on Soft2Bet. He stated that Soft2Bet is a very welcome addition to IBIA. This addition further strengthens their position in the Ontario market. The operator’s decision to join IBIA demonstrates its desire to utilize the best integrity protection available for its sportsbook product.
Furthermore, in March, the Cyprus-headquartered operator made an announcement. They announced that they had acquired a Certificate of Registration from AGCO (Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario).
The next step in the process of launching the igaming brand Tonibet.com in the province was the next step.
David Yatom Hay, Soft2Bet General Counsel, stated that Soft2Bet is delighted to join the IBIA. They aim to strengthen their own betting integrity monitoring processes. Additionally, they aim to contribute to furthering the IBIA’s long-standing work on this key issue.
Hay added that Ontario is a world-class iGaming jurisdiction. It will be the first market where they will implement their IBIA membership. They look forward to deploying monitoring infrastructure worldwide in all the other markets in which they operate.
Over 50 companies and 100 sports betting brands have joined the IBIA. This ensures betting integrity is using an international monitoring network to detect and report suspicious activity.
