North Star Network or NSN, a digital sports media group has announced the purchase of Bojoko, an iGaming affiliate. This marks the entry of the company into the online casino space.

North Star Network finalized the acquisition on February 14. It includes all Bojoko assets, as well as structured with upfront and earnout payments. Depending on future performance, it represents 3.0-4.5x 2025 EBITDA.
NSN aims to expand Bojoko’s reach with this purchase. It also plans to enhance its services and explore new market opportunities.
The company called the purchase a new chapter for the Malta-based asset. It believes the deal will provide the resources to make Bojoko an even bigger force in the iGaming affiliate world.
In a statement, North Star Network’s Co-Founder and CEO, Julien Josset, said they are thrilled to welcome Bojoko into the company.
He stated that the acquisition aligns perfectly with their vision to expand their influence in the iGaming industry. It also gives them an instant foothold in the casino vertical.
