eCOGRA or eCommerce Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance is a London-based iGaming testing and standards agency. It has received regulatory approval to bring its services to Arizona, as well as Indiana.

eCOGRA can now conduct independent compliance audits for iGaming companies in both states. It can also provide certification services. These services are available in Panama as well.
Arizona has licensed it as an Event Wagering Ancillary Supplier. This enables ITL or the International Testing Laboratory to audit event wagering licenses. Meanwhile, Indiana has authorized eCOGRA to perform regulatory compliance audits, providing licensed operators with assurance in meeting the state’s standards.
Will Shuckburgh, the group CEO, stated that their recent approvals in Indiana, Arizona, and Panama highlight their commitment to expanding their services. This growth supports their clients’ global expansion plans. He emphasized their dedication to delivering the same quality, speed, and service that distinguish them to both clients and regulators in these dynamic markets.
Bradly Khoury, Chief Technology Officer added that securing license as an Event Wagering Ancillary Supplier in Arizona and an Authorized Entity in Panama underscores their dedication to supporting responsible and sustainable iGaming operations. They are committed to driving trust and accountability within the industry by providing compliance solutions that uphold the highest standards.
In the United States, regulators first permitted eCOGRA, a non-American test lab, to offer testing, inspection, and certification services. It works with a range of high-profile online operators, as well as gaming-adjacent companies with a US market presence. This includes the likes of bet365, Entain, Games Global, Sportradar, Relax Gaming, and Betway.
In February, the company reached a significant milestone in its U.S. expansion by opening a new office in Denver, Colorado. Around the same time, it also appointed Daniel Remmes as its U.S.-based director of compliance. Remmes is a former compliance specialist at IGT PlaySports and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
