EveryMatrix is an iGaming software and solutions provider. It has announced a recommended public offer to buy all shares in Fantasma Games AB for SEK 59 or $5.79 in cash per share. This is with a total cash consideration of SEK 209.8 million or $20.58 million. Fantasma Games AB lists its shares on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Sweden.
For the offer, the acceptance period is expected to begin last September 19 and expire on October 10. The purchase would significantly strengthen the games output of EveryMatrix games. According to the company, this includes the immediate addition of popular titles integrated with over 250 operators and enjoyed by millions of players in 50 countries.
EveryMatrix is the world’s largest games aggregator through its SlotMatrix aggregation platform. It has more than 29,000 games across 330+ third-party studios. In addition to its own in-house games development within Armadillo Studios.
EveryMatrix underscored that Fantasma Games is a games developer with a well-established games production and distribution. The company recorded EBITDA of €0.39 million ($0.43 million) for Q2. It is a profit margin of 36%.

More than 50% of Fantasma Games shareholders have signed binding agreements to sell their shares. The bid is conditional on at least 90% of shareholders accepting the offer. EveryMatrix will issue further updates upon the conclusion of the process.
