Tax revenues from gambling poured into the state budget at a rate 14 times higher than in 2022.
In the first half of 2024 alone, the gambling sector paid an impressive 8.4 billion hryvnias in taxes. This amount nearly tripled the figures from the same period in 2023. Among the top contributors, Favbet stands out, having paid over 3.1 billion hryvnias in taxes within the first six months of this year.
