Livespins has added the Nolimit City games portfolio to its social livestreaming platform. This is following acquisitions by Evolution. Mental, Fire in the Hole and Tombstone RIP among other are the games to appear on the platform.
The acquisition of Nolimit City by Evolution cost €340 million or $364.5 million. It occurred in June 2022. This has resulted in the supplier partnering with new operators and expanding its global presence. So far, this year, this has included expanding into South Africa and partnering NetBat Casino in Denmark.
Meanwhile, Livespins occurred in February, with Evolution agreeing to obtain the platform’s entire share capital for €5 million. Chris Scicluna, the CEO of Livespins called the acquisition an unprecedented milestone for Livespins.
In Livespins, users can watch and place bets on their favorite streamers, ambassadors, and celebrities as they play different games live. The platform aims to create communal experiences within the iGaming livestreaming market. It enables interaction between players and streamers through chat functionality.

Michael Pedersen, CCO of Livespins, commented on the partnership, stating that Nolimit City is a significant addition to their game portfolio. He believes it will be a big hit with their streamers and players. This deal unites together two Evolution-owned companies, bringing huge added value to Livespins, Nolimit City, their operator partners and most importantly, players.
Malcolm Mizzi, Nolimit City Commercial Director added that this partnership with Livespins brings their games to a new audience and, thanks to its smart bet behind system, allows them to watch and wager at the same time. This is a great deal for both companies and one with tremendous potential to explore.
