Saadur Rehman, a well-known YouTuber known as Ducky Bhai, has made explosive allegations of torture and humiliation in the custody of the NCCIA (National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency). He breaks down as he describes how a senior officer slapped him and abused him. The officer even used him as a warning to a child during interrogation.

On August 17, 2025, authorities arrested the YouTuber at Lahore Airport as he tried to leave the country. They accused him of money laundering linked to a gambling application.
For almost three months, he remained in NCCIA custody. Rehman spent more than three months in detention before the Lahore High Court (LHC) granted him bail. The court released him on November 26.
In a video message on his YouTube channel, Rehman recounted what he says happened to him while in custody. He alleges that officers beat, insulted, and abused him during questioning.
Leveling a direct accusation against Sarfraz Chaudhry, former NCCIA Lahore Additional Director, he said that during the investigation, he was reportedly slapped on the face, abused with obscene language, forced to bend his legs and raise his arms, and even subjected a video call in which a child was encouraged to hurl abuse at him.
Rehman recalled how the additional director and other officers took him into the room. He said the officer grabbed a handcuff, put it on his wrist, and said, “Come with me.”
According to Rehman, Chaudhry first asked him which application he was the country head of. He became angry when Rehman replied that he was a YouTuber with eight million subscribers who earned money from advertisements.
Rehman states that the officer accused him of corrupting children of his beloved homeland, hurled abuses and slapped him repeatedly. He said the officer kept beating him until he felt satisfied. The YouTuber did not even count how many slaps he gave him.
