KSA or The Netherlands gambling authority reprimanded 13 online gambling providers against blocking and delaying payouts to its customers. The KSA announced the results of a study on online gambling license holders. The study revealed that 13 operators placed illegal conditions on their payout processes.

KSA has instructed nine operators to immediately remove the illegal conditions, while four others are under suspicion. The KSA has also requested these four operators to provide details of their payout processes if any conditions exist. This is to remove those conditions with immediate effect.
All gambling license holders in the Netherlands must fulfill customer withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe and without unnecessary delays. This is under the Remote Gambling Act.
They must ensure the secure processing of payments and the distribution of player credits. Legislation instructs that the licensee must debit the gaming account in favor of the player. This action must occur as soon as the player requests credit.
For completing this process, there must be no conditions. The KSA stated that before a payout is issued, there must be no minimum withdrawal amount. There must also be no wagering requirements.
The regulator has implemented systems that trigger signals if a customer experiences delays or difficulties when requesting payouts. These signals alerted nine gambling operators. The regulator also informed the involved license holders. Nonetheless, the KSA continued to receive signals indicating that illegal conditions on payouts were still in place. The KSA has now issued warnings to the operators.
The KSA has requested that all thirteen providers confirm in writing that they do not use minimum amounts or wagering requirements when processing payouts. This happened even though the regulator received no signals from the remaining four gambling operators.
