The launch of Casino Stream holds significance for both PlayStar and SGG Media. In October of 2022, Twitch.tv banned US gambling sites not licensed in the US.

PlayStar is a licensed New Jersey casino and they will only allow verified adult gamblers located in New Jersey to play.
