RedCore powers SiGMA Central Europe as it makes its debut in Rome from November 3–6. This essential guide covers everything attendees need to know. It includes early badge collection, travel tips, networking opportunities, and event highlights. With 30,000 delegates expected to attend, SiGMA has set up multiple badge collection points. They minimize waiting times and ensure a smooth registration process.

Delegates arriving early can use the dedicated registration desks at Rome Fiumicino Airport, located in Terminals 1 and 3, on November 2–3. They only need to present an ID and ticket to collect their passes. The desks will be open from 08:00 to 21:00. This gives attendees plenty of time to relax and explore the Eternal City before the summit begins.
Alternatively, participants can collect their badges at the Sanctuary Eco Retreat. The venue offers an open bar and a live DJ during the Welcome Reception. It’s the perfect setting to network and make early connections before the main event. Entry is open to all ticket holders.
Exhibitors going directly to the Fiera Roma venue can register on November 3 from 09:00 to 17:00 at the dedicated desks. They need to present a valid ID and QR confirmation to collect their badges and exhibitor packs. Booth setup will be open from 09:00 to 13:30 for inspections and preparations.
For those already in the city, an additional pre-registration point will be available at the Anantara Hotel. This offers even more flexibility for badge collection.
